網上課程及學習工具 (E-learning initiatives)
創新教學中心還會發展網上教材及一系列網上學習工具。中心計劃製作30個網上學科（300個學分）和30個網上單元（75個學分）。

300個學分的網上學科中，有30個學科達學士學位/深造學位程度；另外75個學分共25個網上單元則達副學位程度。 所有網上課程將通過「網上教學中心」開辦。
